We came, we saw, we almost blew away…

Incredibly proud of how NPS Milan handled the weather and his job at Old Tavern HT! While I was feeling a little rusty across all three phases, I’m beyond thankful to be sitting on this horse and getting to grow this partnership 💙🤍

A huge thank you to my owners and sponsors for their continued support. I’m so grateful to have such an amazing team behind us!

And cheers to all the volunteers and organizers who kept everything running so smoothly despite Mother Nature. 👏🏼🌧️

Onward and upward!

Did you know MannaPro makes more than just supplements?

While moving into the new farm I made a quick feed store run for barn necessities and somehow came home with a Manna Pro Horse muck shovel?
Honestly? No regrets.
Between Sho-Glo helping keep the horses looking and feeling great, and now apparently supplying my barn tools too, MannaPro has become a pretty regular part of life around here.

Reach out to Shannon Flynn for some wonderful pictures!

I recently launched my photography business and I have a few openings available this month for photo and video sessions!
I currently offer:
✨Black background sessions
✨Equine and rider portrait sessions
✨Horse sale photos and videos
✨Horse show coverage
✨Lesson and training ride photography
✨Social media content and videography
If you’re looking to capture special memories with your horse, update your horse’s sale ads, or get professional photos from a show or lesson, I’d love to help!
Feel free to message me for pricing, availability, or check out my website! 📸

We Moved!

HME has moved to Mosby Spring Farm in Middleburg, VA — a boutique eventing and training facility with everything we need to keep doing what we do best.
150+ acres of hacking. Large outdoor school with lights being installed. Grass jump field with brand new XC questions. And access to hack out at Salamander Resort.
We have a full barn right now, but room for trailer-in lessons.

These days I’m riding a little less with a baby on board… but the horses still have places to go.

Perfect Products has been such a reliable part of helping certain horses stay relaxed, focused, and confident in new environments. Even when I’m spending more time coaching and less time in the tack, it gives me peace of mind knowing the horses are set up for success when they head off property.
Calm brains, happy horses, and consistent routines make everything smoother — for horses and humans alike.

Winter training doesn’t have to be boring!

Today is the last day to sign up for our winter footwork clinic on Saturday, February 7.
Join us at HME for our Winter Footwork Clinic, designed to help riders and horses stay sharp, strong, and thinking all winter long. We’ll work through everything from cavaletti patterns to trickier technical lines at low heights—perfect for green horses who need a quiet, confidence-building outing or experienced pairs looking to stay fine-tuned through the colder months.

Happy Holidays!

From everyone at HME, warmest holiday wishes to our barn family, students, supporters, and the incredible horses who make our days meaningful.
Thank you for being part of our team this year.
Wishing you a peaceful, cozy holiday filled with joy, rest, and maybe a few extra peppermint treats.
